Work

Rosebud - App Design

Rosebud is an innovative mobile application that has been designed to simplify the content creation process for social media users. My main objective during the development of this app was to create a comprehensive "One Stop" solution for content creators. It has been reported that a significant portion of the time spent on content creation is dedicated to the revision and editing of media. By eliminating the stress associated with content strategy and the editing process, Rosebud empowers users to focus on creating high-quality content without any distractions.

Jones Mechanical - Brainstorms

During my tenure at Jones Mechanical, I conducted extensive research with customers and contractors through both quantitative and qualitative user interviews to identify pain points and areas of improvement for the company. After analyzing the data, it became evident that there were several issues related to the lack of technological infrastructure and ineffective communication channels. In response to this feedback, I dedicated my time and energy to ideating and brainstorming innovative solutions that would address these concerns and ultimately improve the overall user experience.

Jones Mechanical - Website (Finished)

As a Product Manager, I undertook the development of a comprehensive website for an HVAC company based in Vineyard, Utah. The primary objective of this project was to provide a seamless communication channel between the company, its customers, and contractors, while also complementing their newly implemented service department. In addition to developing a website that met these requirements, I also created a "Current Customer Portal" that enabled customers to request immediate assistance, and seamlessly integrated the website with "Podium" - their customer relations software that automatically sends texts to customers upon the submission of forms. This resulted in a more streamlined and effective communication process, which ultimately enhanced the overall user experience.

Through trial and error, I was able to refine my approach and apply these skills to my professional endeavors, ultimately enhancing my Product Management career.

This innovative service enables both business owners and individuals to send transactions to friends and family, regardless of their location, with seamless integration with the original Rectangle subscription to keep transactions organized and categorized. With Sendmo, we successfully expanded the company's capabilities, making global payments accessible to everyone, while simultaneously enhancing the user experience.

Kiosk - Product UX Research

As a Product Manager, I recognize that one of the most crucial stages of the product development lifecycle is understanding the needs and pain points of our users. By putting myself in their shoes, I am able to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements, preferences, and expectations, which informs the entire development process. Through comprehensive user research and data analysis, I ensure that our products are designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by our target audience, resulting in a product that truly meets their needs.
