As the lead creator behind Murphy Door’s social presence, I developed high-performing, trend-driven content that elevated brand visibility and strengthened community engagement. I produced scroll-stopping videos, photos, and graphics across major platforms, collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager and Creative Director to execute innovative concepts that aligned with growth goals.

 

My role included full-cycle content production (ideation, filming, editing, and publishing) while tailoring content to ever-changing algorithms.

 

I also dedicated weekly time to building the founder’s personal brand through strategic storytelling and video content. Known for pushing creative boundaries, managing tight deadlines, and transforming everyday products into compelling narratives, I consistently contributed to measurable increases in engagement, reach, and audience growth resulting in consistent viral content across all platforms.

As a freelance Social Media Manager managing five clients, I specialize in developing tailored social media strategies, conducting monthly client consultations to align with business goals, and creating high-quality graphics and video content, including Reels, optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

 

I leverage data analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actionable insights to improve engagement, audience growth, and ROI. My expertise in content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis ensures that I consistently deliver results-driven campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer connection.

As a Customer Experience Director at Vodyssey, I leverage my extensive Product Manager background to advance the company's mission of guiding investors toward successful Lifestyle Asset investing.

 

My commitment extends to ensuring a data-driven customer experience, regularly collecting and analyzing investor feedback to enhance the Vodyssey experience. I also foster community engagement through events, networking, and knowledge-sharing, creating a sense of belonging among investors and experts. Our community provides essential access to industry experts in short-term rental success, inviting others to join Vodyssey and embrace financial freedom through Lifestyle Asset investments.

 

Highlights of my role include implementing the 3-Phase Ascent Process™ for new and experienced investors, collaborating with the Product team for tailored offerings, overseeing educational initiatives, Ideating/scheduling/ and coordinating ALL social media content while analyzing results to best fit all platform algorithms, and driving a data-driven customer experience through constant feedback analysis.

Product Manager with a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative analysis of technician performance and overall company performance. I have successfully implemented a customer relations tool, built and launched a website, and built a service department from scratch to meet company KPIs.

 

Used Bl to conduct user interviews and gain organic data to improve overall company communication and workflow. My ability to pivot and shift the company's approach based on data-driven insights has improved customer satisfaction and resulted in the development of a sales/service department that is both efficient and effective.

 

Most recently, I have implemented a successful marketing campaign series using a customer relations system to promote HVAC services to current customers. My ability to effectively communicate data and develop game plans has been a key factor in my success as a Product Manager.

My experience in customer relations, marketing, and basic finances has enabled me to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. My ability to manage orders for electrical and HVAC materials for job sites has provided me with valuable insight into the technical aspects of product development and the importance of efficient supply chain management.

Additionally, my experience in HR and employee onboarding has honed my skills in building and managing high-performing teams, allowing me to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
